It also provides enough continuity to start noticing early, meaningful changes and a sense of forward movement in your process.
6-Session Package
This format is well suited for deeper and more steady therapeutic work. It gives us enough time to gently explore your concerns in depth and begin to notice meaningful, lasting changes. It also supports the process of integrating these changes in a more stable and supportive way.
10-Session Package
This format is designed for longer-term, more in-depth therapeutic work. It gives us the time and space to gently and consistently explore your concerns, supporting deeper understanding and meaningful inner change. It also helps to build and strengthen more stable, lasting results over time.
Corporate Wellness Programme
Corporate Wellness Programme is designed to support employee wellbeing, resilience, and overall workplace mental health. These sessions are tailored to the specific needs of your organisation and can cover topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, and preventing burnout. The training is interactive, practical, and focused on building skills that can be applied directly in the workplace.
Unscheduled Emergency Call
An unscheduled emergency counselling call offers immediate, compassionate support when you are in acute emotional distress, overwhelm, or crisis. It provides a safe, confidential space to help you quickly stabilise, feel more grounded, and regain a sense of control. The aim is to support you in the moment and help you move forward with clarity and emotional safety.
